The first is Tim Conlon, best recognised from The Voice Australia 2017 where he made it through to the live stages. He will be guest starring as Heath Kabel, the new boss at the garage. He gets off to an exciting start – his first scenes see him catching Bea Nilsson and her boyfriend Ned Willis having sex at the garage. Not the best first impression to give your boss.
It was also confirmed last week that Jess Glynne, British superstar, is joining Neighbours. Jess confirmed the cameo on social media last week after dropping into Neighbours during her Australian tour. She will be playing herself on the soap and will appear in a scene with Paul Robinson and Bea. Maybe a duet with Bea perhaps – who is currently trying to break into the music scene on the show.
Jess grew up watching Neighbours, so said it was very surreal and exciting to be on set and dipping her toes into the acting pond. Social media was buzzing after the revelations, with many of the Neighbours actors posting photos with her along with captions declaring their excitement.
The third guest appearance is a somewhat exciting yet random one – Janet Street Porter. While panelling the British show Loose Women, Janet revealed that she has a small, walk on role in the show. There has been no clue as to what her short storyline may be, but she did reveal that she will be starring as herself and has a few lines.
