The cast of Netflix’s hit series Outer Banks recently gathered to discuss the major deaths that occurred in the finale of season 3. The show follows a group of teens living on an island off the coast of North Carolina and their adventures as they search for lost treasure.

Lead actor Chase Stokes (John B) opened up about his character’s emotional reaction to losing two close friends during the finale. He said it was heartbreaking for him, but he also felt empowered by being able to honor them with his performance.
His co-star Madison Bailey (Kiara) agreed, saying she was moved by John B’s strength and resilience throughout those scenes despite all he had been through this season.
Outer Banks – Episode 10, Titled ‘Time Capsule
Jonathan Daviss (Pope), who plays one half of ‘the Pogues’ alongside Stokes, discussed how difficult it was filming Pope’s death scene – something that left fans reeling when they watched it unfold in episode 10, titled ‘Time Capsule.’
He explained how important these characters were not only in terms of plot development but also because they represented family dynamics within ‘the Pogues’ group – something which has been integrated throughout every season so far.”It really drove home just how fragile life can be, “Daviss reflected on Pope’s passing away from cancer at such a young age before adding, “I’m sure viewers will feel similarly affected.”
