Stranger Things: Millie Bobby Brown Engaged To Jake Bongiovi

Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has grown up right before our eyes on Netflix.  It seems like just yesterday we were introduced to the young talented actress in Season 1 of Stranger Things.  Now, she’s a mature young woman, madly in love, and is getting married!

19 year old Millie Bobby Brown first stepped out with boyfriend Jake Bongiovi (20 years old) in New York City two years ago.  Since then we have followed their relationship on social media, and enjoyed cute snapshots and brief video clips of the happy young couple. 

While Jake Bongiovi may not be of Stranger Things fame, he’s no slouch either in the celebrity world, and is the son of iconic rockstar Jon Bon Jovi.  

Millie Bobby Brown – Shares Big News

On Tuesday April 11 Brown took to Instagram and announced what appeared to be an engagement to the son of Jon Bon Jovi, with a beautiful black and white photo, romantic Taylor Swift lyrics from her hit song “Lover”, and a ginormous diamond ring. 

So far neither Brown nor Bongiovi have commented on their new relationship status or hinted at setting an official wedding date.  

Last year Netflix and Stranger Things creators the Duffer Brothers confirmed that Netflix had ordered season 5 of the hit sci-fi series, however we are all still waiting impatiently for any news of an official release date.  And, it looks like we could be waiting a while seeing as how the Stranger Things cast and crew has not even begun filming the new episodes.

In other Stranger Things news, the gang at Netflix also had cause to celebrate this week, it was confirmed that a new Stranger Things show has been approved.

The Duffer Brothers are currently working on an animated Stranger Things spin-off.  It’s unclear whether Millie Bobby Brown and the rest of the cast will loan their voices to the series.
