Tyler Robinson With Authorities

American President, Donald Trump, announced the suspect was in custody the morning of Friday, September 12, when he made a stop on “Fox and Friends”.

According to Trump, Robinson was taken to the authorities by his father, along with a minister. Robinson lives in Utah and has been running from the authorities since he assassinated Kirk on Wednesday, September 10, during a Utah Valley University event that the conservative commentator was hosting.

On Facebook, his mother posted that he had a 4.0 GPA in high school and aced his ACT, when he was a senior, back in August 2020. In addition, she also posted a video of him reading a letter, noting her son received a $32,000 national scholarship to Utah State University. As per TMZ, his university records state that Robinson graduated from the school in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Utah’s Governor Spencer Cox, along with the FBI, held a media conference on the night of Thursday, September 11. They pleaded with the public for leads and offered surveillance videos and photographs taken at the university where Kirk was assassinated.

Robinson’s facial features and the sweatshirt he had on were for his dad to identify him as the man on the roof who shot Kirk.
