It looks like someone has a bone to pick with Donald Trump’s new best friend. Apparently, Bernie Sanders has a reason to be upset with Elon Musk. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Bernie Sanders – Has A Reason To Be Upset With Elon Musk
According to the latest reports, Bernie Sanders says the United States is an oligarchy because Elon Musk opposed the initial spending bill.
He put it this way, “The wealthiest person in the world who spent at least 277 million to elect Donald Trump in a Republican Congress, has now claimed complete ownership of that party.”
Bernie added, “What we are looking at here has nothing to do with democracy. What we are looking at here is oligarchy.”
Of course, Elon Musk himself has not made any comment about the matter but it’s doubtful that he will.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump has been too busy trolling our neighboring countries to pay attention to what Bernie Sanders is even saying these days.
What’s Next For Donald Trump And His Administration?
Earlier this month, Trump said that both Mexico and Canada should become the 51st and 52nd states if we are going to keep subsidizing them. And let’s just say that he didn’t mince his words, either.
“We are subsidizing Canada to the tune of over a hundred billion dollars a year. We’re subsidizing Mexico for almost $300 billion.”
“If we’re gonna subsidize them, let ’em become a state. We’re subsidizing Mexico and we’re subsidizing Canada and we’re subsidizing many countries all over the world.”
“All I want to do is I want to have a level fast, but fair playing field.”
Now, whether or not that is actually going to happen certainly remains to be seen. We will definitely update you with all of the latest details once they come in.
