During his interview with Meet The Press, Kristen Welker’s question immediately backfires after she tries pinning America’s “division” on Trump. If that weren’t enough, Welker also tried to get Trump to concede the 2020 election which immediately got shut down.

Welker said, “The country is deeply divided and now you’re gonna be leading this country for the next four years for the sake of unifying this country. Will you concede the 2020 election?”

That’s when Doanld Trump replied with, “No. Why would I do that? But let me just tell you, when you say the country is deeply divided, I’m not the president, Joe Biden is the president.”

What’s Next For Donald Trump And His Administration?

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even took to social media to comment with, “Trump shouldn’t concede an election that was wrought with corruption. That would be a direct opposition to his entire campaign message.”

“Every person who cheated in the 2020 election should be brought to justice.”

Another critic wrote, “They don’t want the details uncovered how they stole the 2020 election. Folks need to go to prison for Treason. America is actually coming together under President Trump. The 2024 election further suggested 2020 was rigged. For unity, he should refuse to concede.”

And then there was this comment as well: “The media has spent 4 years telling us we need to move on from the 2020 election and Walker just can’t let it go herself. Listen if Trump believes it was a corrupt election so be it. 2024 fixes that. If Walker disagrees, 2024 reinforces her belief. Like it or not we have moved on.”

So far Donald Trump has not made any additional comments about the matter just yet.
