JD Vance Claims Popular Culture Is Encouraging People Not To Have Kids

According to a new report, Donald Trump’s running mate JD Vance calls the United States anti-child narrative ‘pathological,’ explains how U.S. culture is encouraging people not to have kids.

In his interview, Vance told a story from when he was on a train as a law student, observing a mother with her rowdy kids.

He said, “She was being so patient, but then like everybody around her was also noticing the kids being misbehaved. And they were so angry…”

“I do think that there’s this pathological frustration with children that just is a new thing in American society. I think it’s very dark.”

“I’ve used this word sociopathic, like that I think is a very deranged idea. The idea that you shouldn’t have a family because of concerns over climate change doesn’t mean you can’t worry about climate change.”

Do You Agree With JD Vance?

Vance continued, “I think that is a bizarre way of thinking about the future not to have kids because of concerns over climate change.”

“I think the more bizarre thing is our leadership who encourages young women and frankly young men to think about it that way.”

A lot of Vance’s fans and critics did comment about the matter on social media.

Some even said, Yep. American culture and society is uniquely hostile towards children in public life. For 99% of people, creating and raising a child into a functional adult is the greatest and most fulfilling achievement you will ever accomplish.”

Another critic wrote, “They want Americans to stop having kids so that Americans are replaced by the illegals having countless kids.”

And then there was this comment as well: “JD is exactly right. Society, spurred on by celebrities, politicians, and Hollywood have denigrated the family and the role of parents to the point that young people think putting your family first is a joke and a waste of time.”
