According to the latest reports, President Biden is considering pardoning Dr. Anthony Fauci, as detailed by Politico. Biden’s team is reportedly discussing preemptive pardons to protect certain people from being supposedly targeted by President-elect Donald Trump.

It’s been noted that some of the names on the list may include Dr. Fauci, Adam Schiff, and Liz Cheney, according to the outlet.

“The West Wing deliberations have been organized by White House counsel Ed Siskel but include a range of other aides, including chief of staff Jeff Zients,” Politico reported.

As many readers can perhaps recall, it was Senator Rand Paul who previously filed a criminal referral over Fauci’s contradictory claims about the origins of COVID.

Will Joe Biden Pardon Dr. Fauci?

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some have even commented with, “Biden will break the internet if he pardons Fauci. He would be admitting that Fauci committed a crime.”

“Why would Biden need to pardon someone who didn’t break the law?”

Another critic wrote, “Joe Biden isn’t doing the democrats any favors with crap like this. The corrupt criminals are out in the open.”

“Nothing says innocent like a preemptive pardon. Lock up these criminals.”

And then there was this comment as well: “No freaking way. This is absolute abuse of power. Fauci needs to be locked up.”

“Preemptive pardons sounds a lot like protecting against the crimes already committed but not yet fully exposed or understood.”

So far Joe Biden himself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
