According to the latest reports, Kamala Harris and her campaign gave out $500k to Al Sharpton’s nonprofit just weeks before her big interview with him. And of course, a lot of people want to know why.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, the Harris campaign sent one $250k payment on September 5 and then another $250k payment on October 1.

If that weren’t enough, on October 3, Sharpton shared a video of Harris wishing him a happy birthday.

To make matters even more complicated, about two weeks later on October 20, Sharpton had an interview with Kamala Harris where he praised her for her “extraordinary historic campaign.”

What’s Next For Kamala Harris And Her Campaign?

He also blasted Trump for being “hostile and erratic.”

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. 

Some critics even commented with, “Kamala’s campaign is more like a money-laundering operation than a political strategy. They bragged about all the money they had and ended up in debt.”

Another critic wrote, “Wait until everyone finds out that Kamala Harris never planned on winning the Presidential election and just utilized her campaign as a tool to launder millions of dollars before she exits the White House.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Did she know she didn’t have a chance and fleeced the donors of millions? How much did Kamala get in kickbacks?”

“Any campaign that would send tens of thousands of dollars to Harry Sisson is clearly money laundering. Having Sisson as a campaign supporter is effectively emailing your co-conspirators and reminding them to launder the money correctly so they don’t get caught laundering money.”
