Donald, the former POTUS, would have been honored to have his only child with Melania Trump be part of the process that takes place in the great state of Wisconsin, but it’s not going to happen after all.

Hours after the announcement broke, Barron’s mother Melania Trump rubbished the claim and said Barron will not participate in the nomination process. Case closed. Until now we’ve been given no insight into the abrupt turnaround. Read on to learn what one former Trump insider now has to say about Melania’s bold interference!

Melania Trump Nixed Donald Trump’s Nomination Idea

According to Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former friend of Melania’s, the mom of one is unlikely to welcome Barron playing an official role in his father’s candidacy.

Barron, 18, is the youngest son of former President Donald Trump and his only child with his wife, Melania. Both parents attended Barron’s high school graduation in Florida in May.

Later that month it was announced that Barron “would be a Florida delegate at the Republican National Convention in July, along with his half-siblings Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Tiffany Trump” according to Newsweek, with Donald “the party’s presumptive 2024 nominee for president.”

It wasn’t long before a spokeswoman for Melania issued this statement: “While Barron is honored to have been chosen as a delegate by the Florida Republican Party, he regretfully declines to participate due to prior commitments.” There was no other comment and Barron has not spoken of the incident.

Will Barron Trump Live a Political Life?

The outlet notes that “Winston Wolkoff was the former first lady’s official appointment after Trump’s 2016 presidential win, but things soured between them when Winston Wolkoff was accused of financially benefiting from his 2017 presidential inauguration to the tune of $26 million by working as a contractor.”

Winston Wolkoff denied the allegation claiming that “she was instead paid a fee of $1.6 million.”

On Sunday the former aide told MeidasTouch host Ben Meisela that “Barron’s involvement in the Trump political arena is one that I know he and Melania stayed away from for many reasons.”

She added that she knew Melania “would never allow” Barron to be a delegate and called said that it took 24 hours for Melania to renounce the idea “was surprising.”

Barron Trump Peddling Cryptocurrency?

In other news, Barron was in the headlines again last week when convict Martin “Pharma Bro” Shkreli claimed he and Barron were behind the “mysterious DJT crypto token, which launched in April. The token jumped in value last week after rumors it was linked to the former president, whose middle name is John.”

Shkreli raised eyebrows when he emailed online crypto investigator ZachXBT to say: “I have over 1000 pieces of evidence [that] I created it with Barron.”

So far Melania has not renounced this assertion, with many observers taking it to mean that Shkreli is not incorrect. Tell us what you think Trump Fans!
