Michelle Obama Is Protecting Her Peace

There’s a reason why she wasn’t at the Jimmy Carter funeral on Thursday morning.  There’s heavy speculation suggesting Michelle Obama was simply protecting her peace as she didn’t want to be near or around some of the people that were at the funeral, including Donald and Melania Trump and maybe even Kamala Harris.

A lot of people couldn’t notice that anyone who is anyone was front and center at Jimmy Carter’s memorial service in Washington, D.C. 

But if there was one person who was missing, it was Michelle Obama. Even though her husband Barack Obama was there, Michelle made it clear that she didn’t want to be around any of those people, let alone in the same room as them.

While some people are slamming Michelle as being too hateful and maybe even petty for not showing up, others understand that Michelle is just protecting her mental health and most importantly, her peace.

If she doesn’t want to be near the Trumps or even Kamala Harris, then no one is going to force her to go, even if it’s to a former president’s memorial service.

What’s Next For Michelle Obama?

Although, reports did say that she had a scheduling conflict, but whether or not that is actually true, no one knows for sure.

But then again, Michelle’s husband Barack Obama was seen enjoying a laugh with Donald Trump during the service. The two had even engaged in a very long conversation, with the world wondering what they might have been talking about.

If Barack can share a laugh with someone like Donald Trump, then clearly so can Michelle Obama, right? Well, only she knows that answer.
