Dr. Procter is known for being one of the best weight loss surgeons in the country. He generally performs bariatric surgery and is pretty tough on his patients that need to lose weight. He has told patients that their death will come sooner than later if they do not lose weight. This is a hard pill for some of them to swallow, but he has put many of his patients on the road to a healthier lifestyle by being brutally honest with them.

Dr. Procter works in Atlanta and founded his practice back in 2016. He has appeared on Too Large, Family By the Ton, and 1000-Lb Sisters. He has gained a lot of popularity from being on these shows and helping those who really do have the motivation to lose weight.

Medicine runs in Procter family and his faher was also a bariatric surgeon. Dr. Procter admitted that he did want to become a trauma surgeon, but he ended up learning so much from his father.
