Amy actually filed domestic violence charges against him, but later dropped the charges. These two had a private court date in June, but they ended up telling the court that they would settle things between the two of them.

However, with their attorneys trying to help them come to an agreement, it doesn’t look as if either of them are closer to being divorced.

The source went on to say, “She’s been keeping Tony on the down low, but he’s been living with her in Kentucky.” It turns out that before Amy and Tony were living together, she would travel to see him often and hang out with him.

It looks as if Tony could be staying at her house and with her sons. It is interesting to see if these two are going to make it as Amy continues to wait for her divorce to be final.
