As much as Amy thinks that this is a great fixer upper, fans thinks that Amy should do some renovations before she sells the house. The listing reads, “Investment property on 1.24 acres with three houses. A brick duplex with four beds, two baths, and a new metal roof installed 4-6 years ago.”

The listing is getting a lot of attention and fans think that Amy should have dressed up the house a little more before putting pictures of it up online.
