According to InTouch, Tammy Slaton “passionately” set the record straight about her weight loss program when responding to a comment suggesting that she refuses to change.
It was on TikTok, following the Season 3 finale of 1000-Lb. Sisters which aired Monday, January 31, that a user commented “Tammy will never change because Tammy doesn’t want to change. She gets more attention the way she is and to Tammy, negative attention is better than [none].”

1000-Lb. Sisters – Tammy Slaton Tells Naysayers, ‘Keep Your Opinions To Yourself’
On Thursday, March 10, the 1000-Lb. Sisters veteran set things straight with a video she shared on Instagram, saying, “Keep your opinions to yourself because clearly, you don’t know anything about me. Nothing.” She continued unleashing, adding, “Just because I f**ked up on TV and didn’t lose my weight does not mean I don’t want to make changes.”
She went on to say that, if she didn’t want to make changes, she would have never returned to the rehab, and she emphasized that it was her decision to return there. “I chose to get help. I hit rock bottom and I’m making changes. Keep your opinion to yourself because nobody asked for your rude self to mention anything.”
1000-Lb. Sisters – News of Season 4 And Tammy Slaton’s Progress
After the reality TV star survived a health scare in 2021, she winded up with a trach tube in her neck. Since then, Tammy has been making changes. At the end of 1000-Lb. Sisters Season 3 Slaton’s brother, Chris Combs indicated as much when he said, “She’s lost 100 [pounds] — I think she told me 115 pounds in total — in 30 days,” adding that he was “overjoyed” that she was “ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks.”

As for if there is going to be a fourth season of the popular reality TV show, there has been no news, but Tammy did give an update on her progress in a February 28 TikTok post, saying, “I’d love to give you a weight loss update, but you’re going to have to wait until season 4 comes out. Sorry!” she said in the clip. “Just know that I’m staying on track and things are looking up.”
More recently Tammy mentioned season 4, saying in a TikTok clip, “We haven’t started filming for season 4 yet. It’s gonna be quite a while before it airs.”
