1000-Lb Sisters spoilers reveal that Tammy Slaton feels inspired with her weight loss success. As a result, the reality TV star dared to dance like no one’s watching… well, sort of.

Tammy Slaton loves to dance. And when the chance to take a family Zumba class arose, the 37-year-old 1000-Lb Sisters star immediately agreed. But she said via People, “I got those ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ dance moves. We on that hot girl s**t.”
And in addition to Tammy, 1000-Lb Sisters spoilers show Amy Slaton trying a Zumba class with their siblings Chris, Amanda and Misty. But Chris declares it the first date of their boot camp focusing on weight loss.
“Today is day one of camp ‘get fit,’” Chris vows. And he pointed out that after weight loss surgery, the family needs to “stay on track. So, we’re all here and we’re all working on our beach bodies getting ready to go to Pensacola.”

But at first, Tammy, 37, worries because the family never tried Zumba before. And Amy, 36, suggested, “We’ll just have to wing it. What’s the worst that could happen?”
However, Tammy teased, “You’re about to find out.” But then Amy discovered she lacks rhythm, which Tammy commented looks like her sister has “two left feet.”
However, Amanda enjoyed the dance fitness. And she shared, “I actually enjoy Zumba. It’s fun but we’re all trying to do what the instructor’s telling us to do,” she added. “But we get over here and she’s already back over there.”

However, Amanda praised Tammy for her success. And she noted that Tammy got out of her chair to move. “She’s standing there and she’s out of her chair moving. She was just shaking her groove thang,” she noted.
And Tammy declared proudly, “I got those ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ dance moves. I think me and Amanda had the best rhythm. Real hot girl stuff.”
As for how that Zumba class paid of in terms of Tammy’s goal of losing 100 pounds more, Healthline reports that the Latin dance-inspired aerobic exercise can boost daily calorie burn. And to lose weight, it’s important to burn more calories than you consume.
Doing one hour of medium to high intensity Zumba can burn between 300 and 900 calories. And experts recommend doing the fitness dance two to three times a week for best results. It burns more calories than spending the same amount of time kickboxing, doing step aerobics, or power yoga. However, be sure to check with your doctor before starting or changing any fitness plan.
