Amy Slaton Opens Up About Drugs, The Camel & Her Boyfriend

1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton disappointed TLC fans when she was arrested for alleged possession of weed and mushrooms at a zoo/safari park in Tennessee.

After all, she had her kids with her. Oh, and she was with a guy named, Brian Scott Lovvorn and she recently opened up about him, the drugs, and the camel that bit her there. 

Amy Slaton Pleaded Not Guilty

When she appeared in court, TLC fans heard that she pleaded not guilty to endangering her two kids, and to using drugs in their presence. After she and Brian left, she didn’t give a big statement. Instead, she just told reporters outside the courthouse that she was “sorry for everything.” 

Amy Slaton wasn’t in court for letting the camel bite her. But, there were some questions as to whether it was a camel. The zoo’s management claimed she couldn’t tell them where it happened, and that the bite didn;t look look like a camel chowed down on her. Anyway, she insisted it did bite her the TLC star mentioned it again in a recent Live. 

1000-Lb Sisters Star Opens Up A Bit

When the 1000-Lb Sisters star went live to talk about her arrest, the camel, and her boyfriend, Brian Scott Lovvorn, Brittany from Tuff Topic shared about it on YouTube. The influencer noted that the TLC star claimed she met Brian some months ago at “a concert” and he was there to do an “interview.”

Amy Slaton also talked about Brian as if he previously worked at a “local paper.” So, maybe he no longer does. Plus, she claimed that he’s a trained “pediatric nurse.”  As for the drugs, she only mentioned, “People make mistakes,” and didn’t deny she had mushrooms and weed in the car. Additionally, the 1000-Lb Sisters star once again reiterated that she was definitely “bitten by a camel.”

• Amy needs to get back to caring about herself… I feel like she really needs to pick better, do better and put herself first so she can be there for her kids in the way they deserve!
• A nurse is dating Amy Slaton? That does not compute at all.
• The fact that there were drugs in the car, tells me this guy has to be high while he’s with her. He clearly doesn’t care about the boys, otherwise he wouldn’t allow drugs in the car with them…To me it’s a huge red flag for things to come. But who knows… maybe they’ll prove me wrong.
