He admitted that he communicates with his wife daily. Todd is currently serving his prison sentence at Pensacola Prison, while his wife Julie is held at Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

The couple can’t call each other on the phone. They can only communicate via email. That still presents an issue with their chosen method of communication.

It’s a security risk for the two to talk to each other on the phone, which is why they have to communicate by email.

Todd repeated many of the things that Savannah said about their prison experience. He also shared that not calling Julie on the phone is “devastating.”

They communicate a handful of times via email. Their messages don’t go through that quickly since the prison will hold onto them.

The prison monitors their messages due to what Savannah Chrisley has been doing on their behalf. Todd admits that he’ll send Julie a few emails before his workout.

The Chrisley Knows Best spoilers also suggest that Todd Chrisley also communicates with his kids via email. He sends them an inspiring email each morning.

The family often prays together via email. The typical time it takes for Todd’s kids to receive his email is about two hours.
