Todd And Julie Chrisley – Take The Appeal To The Supreme Court
Todd and Julie Chrisley are serving a combined 19-year sentence. They’re trying to appeal their case, one charge at a time.
However, the appeal has been rejected by the Federal court. The couple are taking it to the Supreme Court.
An insider close to the Chrisley Knows Best stars spoke to DailyMail.com about this latest development. Todd and Julie are still maintaining their innocence in this case. They were charged with bank wire fraud and tax evasion.
The insider told DailyMail.com they are “feeling hopeless about their situation.” The former reality stars are scared to lose another appeal because that will “mean at least another year of living in their hell hole” prisons.
Savannah has opened up about the conditions on her Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley podcast. She revealed there is no running a/c in both jails.
There is also mold and no running water. Julie had to deal with a snake entering her prison cell. Meanwhile, Todd is alleging that people inside the prison are taking pictures of him without his consent.
He also claims that there are paparazzi camped outside the prison every day.
Chrisleys’ 8th Amendment Rights Violated
Jay Surgent, Todd and Julie Chrisley’s lawyer claim their 8th amendment rights were “clearly violated” in the appeals process.
Todd’s application for home confinement “wasn’t even processed” and the couple have been subjected to “cruel and unusual punishment” while in prison.
“Todd and Julie Chrisley will take this to the Supreme Court if their appeal is denied by the 11th Circuit court. Absolutely. 100 percent,” Surgent told DailyMail.com.
“We are going to proceed with all appeals. We submitted our reply brief on July 26. We are waiting on them to set the case for an oral argument.
We are hoping as a result of our arguments either a reversal for a new trial or remand back to the district court.”
The Supreme Court has already rejected Todd and Julie Chrisley’s hearing. They claim that an “oral argument is unnecessary in this case.”

My heart bleeds for you two…NOT! Shut the heck up and do your time behind bars…you did the crimes, now it time to Pay the Piper! Count your Blessings…you could be serving time in the state penitentiary system!!!
No they won’t win– its hard to win an appeal very few do– as they don’t like overturning other judges rulings which to me is bull
