Did Golden Bachelor’s Theresa Nist Take A Jab At Ex-Hubby Gerry During A “Family Feud” Promo?

While it’s been months since the Golden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist filed for divorce, there seems to be some lingering negative feelings between the two.

Nist recently promoted the duo’s stint on Family Feud, which was filmed before their breakup in early April; however, in doing so, she seemingly took the opportunity to poke at her ex-husband.

Leading up to their July 16th episode of Family Feud, when the two were still “a family”, Nist and Turner teamed up to face off against Bachelor Nation’s Zach Shallcross and fiancée Kaity Biggar, Joey Graziadei and fiancée Kelsey Anderson, as well as Charity Lawson and fiancé Dotun Olubeko. Turner and Nist had his daughters Jenny and Angie, as well as her kids Tommy and Jen.

On Friday, July 12, Nist posted a photo of her Family Feud team to promote the upcoming episode. She wrote, “Wait until you see how cute Joey & Kelsey, Charity & Dotun, and [Kaity] & Zach look this Tuesday, July 16th.” Of course, she wrote nothing about herself, Gerry, or their team.

Golden Bachelor’s Theresa Nist & Gerry Turner’s Love Story

Gerry aged 72 and Theresa aged 70 fell in love during the first-ever season of The Golden Bachelor. He gave his final rose to Nist and proposed during the finale, which aired in November 2023.

The show was a huge success, so much so, that the couple told fans that their wedding was only months away when they came together during the After The Final Rose show.

Theresa and Gerry said their “I do’s” on television in January 2024; however, by the time April 12 rolled around, they announced their split on Good Morning America. The two filmed their Family Feud episode on April 7th.

The issue in their marriage centered around where they would live, with Gerry living close to his family in Indiana, while Theresa didn’t want to leave her family in New Jersey. Neither was willing to compromise, so the couple went their separate ways.
