Duggar Family News: Which Family Member Is Facing Time In Jail?

Duggar Family News reveals that there is another family member that could be facing jail time. Josh Duggar, the oldest of the Duggar children, is currently in prison for possession of child pornography. He will be in prison for a few more years, and most of his family is still standing up for him. Apparently, Josh isn’t the only Duggar who is in trouble with the law. The New Legal Issues in the Duggar Family

Dillon King, who is Amy Duggar King’s husband, is facing some legal trouble. In 2023, Hillcrest Holdings, LLC sued him and his business because of unpaid rent.

The restaurant that King owned went for multiple months without paying rent. They moved out of the building and were sued for “breach of contract.”

It turns out that Dillon stopped paying rent in June of 2023, and he claims that the plaintiffs “refused to communicate after several good faith attempts.”

There was a settlement drawn up asking Dillon to pay $156,909 in back rent. He hasn’t paid any of this money back, and it looks like this could land him in jail if he can’t come up with the money.

What Will Happen Next?

If Dillon cannot come up with this money, he may have to spend some time in jail. There have been multiple attempts to get the money from him and his business partners.

He has appeared in court a few times since the lawsuits began. There are rumors that Dillon is attempting to delay the case and this is causing a lot of frustration.

Dillon does think that a lot of this is unreasonable, and that could be one of the main reasons that he continues to push it back. He is still denying that there were damages done to the building as stated in the legal documents.

Dillon has been working on getting this all settled, but if he continues to push back these payments, there will be a lot of jail time ahead for him.
