Bachelorette Ali and coronavirus
Eight days after Ali, 35, was tested for COVID-19, she hit Instagram to let everyone know she had received her results. She was negative for the coronavirus.
Fedotowsky said she has seriously not left her house in 9 days, not to even walk with the kids in the neighborhood. The Home & Family co-host wants to be extra cautious but says at least she can now get out in the fresh air. She wrote that everyone else must stay healthy out there.
She did say that after taking antibiotics, her lungs were really killing her and she had suffered a fever of more than 100 degrees in the last couple of days. However, she is grateful she can now visit her regular doctor.
No preferential treatment for coronavirus test
For her test, she had visited one of the Mend urgent clinics in LA, and she said she didn’t get preferential treatment as a celeb. She insisted no one knew who she was, as she had used her married name, Manno. Now she can see her primary care physician find out what is happening with her lungs and get on the mend.
There has been a lot of controversy over the fact that celebrities like Rita Wilson, Tom Hanks, Idris Elba, Heidi Klum, politicians, and some sports teams has been tested for COVID-19. Ali said it is crazy that not everyone can get tested.
