Golden Bachelor: Theresa Nist Snubs Gerry On Special Day

Golden Bachelor alum, Theresa Nist seemed very sweet on the ABC show, but fans felt furious when it all ended just months after the wedding with Gerry Turner. Recently, their estrangement seemed complete when she celebrated an anniversary and carefully seemed to snub her ex. 

Theresa Nist Would Not Relocate

Talk about where the couple would live came on social media, in interviews, and on the  ABC show. At one stage, they planned to relocate to South Carolina to live near one of her adult children. However, it was Susan Noles who leaked on Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour that she finally wanted to stay in New Jersey. And, Gerry wouldn’t move to New Jersey. So they parted ways. 

Theresa Nist and her ex didn’t mention any other problems, but Golden Bachelor fans don’t know if either of them revealed different aspects of their personalities once the cameras went home. As it was so rushed, it’s possible they found little in common once the gloss wore off. 

Golden Bachelor Winner Snubs Gerry

On her birthday in August, Gerry Turner’s ex went onto her Instagram and wrote a long story about how it coincided with the anniversary of Golden Bachelor. She spoke about her fellow contestants and how much she appreciated their friendship. Additionally, she mentioned her followers who seem kind to her. However, the ABC alum didn’t mention her ex at all. 

Theresa Nist and Gerry allegedly split on friendly terms, but you wouldn’t think so given the fact that practically snubbed him in her caption. It was very long, but in part, she said:

Today is my birthday. I probably would not have mentioned it except for the fact that this is also the anniversary of the date that the show began filming last year…and my life has never been the same. I am so grateful for the experience and for everything that happened to me. I’ve met so many wonderful people and I’ve made so many new friends, especially with the wonderful women on the show who went through this journey with me, friendships that I cherish and that I know will last the rest of our lives. 

In the comments section, Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima turned up, saying, “Happy birthday beautiful.. you are so special to me❤️.”

More than one photo appeared, but it seemed that the divorcee was careful not to select one of Gerry Turner.
