Aiden Ross was crowned the 2025 Voice Winner just a few weeks ago, the 20 year old wowed fans at home with the help of his coach Niall Horan. Now, he’s a thousandaire. Imagine having a check for a hundred thousand dollars, and you can’t even get in to a bar yet!
Recently Aiden Ross sat down for an exclusive interview and revealed how he will spend his Voice winnings. Keep reading to find out where his money is going!
What’s Aiden Ross Doing
Back in The Voice’s heyday, the winner received a check AND a record deal, just like all of the other network’s singing competitions. But, over the years the niche has evolved and NBC opted out of The Voice winners receiving record contracts a while ago.
So now that this season is over, Aiden Ross is a free agent again. He might be a hundred thousand dollars richer, but there’s not guarantee any label is going to offer him a contract.
Aiden Ross might only be 20 years old, but the Texas native clearly has a good head on his shoulders. While he was discussing his future with Parade, he explained that he wanted to use the money from winning The Voice to help build his music career.
Ross revealed, “I think I owe it to myself, I owe it to those who voted for me, my loved ones who sacrificed for me, to invest it into my music career.”
The Voice Winner Has Big Goals
But, Aiden also isn’t putting all of his eggs in one basket and also plans to finish going to college and completing his degree as a Plan B, just so he has something to fall back on.
The Voice winner revealed that it was his coach Niall Horan that actually encouraged him to finish school and finish getting an education.
