Sister Wives fans reached out to Janelle Brown and her family with millions of touching comments when her son, Garrison Brown, 25, died in March this year. Six months on, she shared a heartbreaking message to her boy, as she navigates the painful grief process.

Garrison Brown had many fans on social media and from the TLC show. He loved photography, walking in the wilderness, travel, and his cats. His big heart was all about his mom. And, who can ever forget scenes of him returning home from the Natrional Guard into the embrace of his mom?

When Janelle Brown broke her silence about the passing of Garrison Brown, she asked her fans to “honor” her son. And, mostly, they did. Across the world, tears flowed and social media collectively mourned her loss. Six months on, the Sister Wives star shared a special message about her boy, and many TLC fans reacted.

A Message For Garrison Brown

If you ever lost someone, you will know that emptiness of not hearing from a loved one again. At least, in the physical sense. Grief is a complex time for those who mourn, and each person experiences it differently. This week, the Sister Wives star is living with the recurring realization of loss that comes out of nowhere.

In her message shared on Instagram on Thursday, Sister Wives fans saw that Janelle Brown opened her heart about Garrison Brown. In her caption which accompanied a sweet photo, she said:

6 months ago today you went away. You come up in my photo memories almost every day. Sometimes it doesn’t seem like you’re gone. And then I remember I won’t be getting a call or text from you and it all comes rushing back. I know you fought hard but in the end you just couldn’t stay. I love you so much and will see you again when my journey is done.

TLC fans reacted with love and concern because they care for Janelle and they feel so sad that Garrison Brown took his own life.
