Mama June Spoilers: June Shannon Wanted to Stop Pumpkin Efird From Marrying Ex

Mama June spoilers reveal that June Shannon has started to open up more about her daughter’s marriage to her ex. According to June, she wanted to stop Pumpkin Efird from marrying Josh Efird. Pumpkin and Josh recently divorced after being married for six years. They have four children together and they have been separated since July. Mama June Spoilers – June Shannon’s Worried Heart

June always worries about her daughters and Pumpkin was no different. She opened up to her fans about Pumpkin saying, “I tell people this all the time, Pumpkin and Josh met when they were teenagers. I even tried not to get her to marry Josh years ago.” She told fans that Josh “hasn’t cared” for June and always thought she was meddling in their relationship. However, now that Pumpkin and Josh aren’t together, June thinks that she and Pumpkin have gotten closer.

At one point when she spoke with her fans, June pointed out that in the new season of Mama June: Family Crisis, there will be a lot of separation featured on the show. Fans will get a closer look at what really happened between Josh and Pumpkin and the separation that went along with it.

Mama June Spoilers – Pumpkin’s New Love

In September of 2024, Pumpkin shared that she had a new boyfriend, Darrin Kitchens. June is very happy for her daughter and does approve of him. She thinks he is good with her children and he has a daughter as well.

He plays with Pumpkin’s kids and gives them the attention that they need. They have already gone on family vacations together and June said that she can see a difference in Pumpkin now that she is no longer with Josh.

June is happy for Pumpkin but also realizes that she is only 25 years old. She has a full life ahead of her and June wants nothing but happiness for her daughter. As of right now, Pumpkin is happy with Darrin and that is all that matters to June.
