Paedon Brown Is Unpopular With ‘Sister Wives’ Fans, Why?

Paedon Brown seems to be a nice guy and he called out Sister Wives patriarch Kody Brown. He seems kind to his mom, Christine Brown as well, but many TLC fans don’t like him. Read on to find out why. 

Paedon Brown Like His Brothers Has No Time For Kody

It’s no secret that Kody Brown is estranged from most of the OG kids. In fact, in Season 19, Christine Brown’s ex has been vocal about all his kids. Of course, TLC fans know that Garrison Brown died estranged, and Gabe has been vocal as well. But Paedon, who roasts his dad doesn’t get the same sympathy.

Paedon Brown called out Meri Brown in a podcast and claimed that she was abusive, which seemed to refer to Mykleti. Well, despite that, his sister Gwendlyn doesn’t have time for him, and neither does Leon Brown nor Audrey Kriss. And, many Sister Wives fans have a downer on him as well. 

Sister Wives Fan Asks Why The Hate?

The son of Christine Brown who loathes Kody Brown has been known to post sweet reels about his mom. But, that didn’t save him from critics of the TLC show. On Reddit this weekend, a Sister Wives fan asked why he gets so much hate.

Honest question: why does everybody dislike Paedon? I have only watched recent seasons, and he always seems perfectly nice, and has even had some great takes on the situations happening in the family. But he seems like a bit of a pariah. Did something happen in an earlier season with him? Help a gal understand!

TLC Fans Explain Their Dislike

Those people who know more about Christine Brown’s son than was ever seen on TLC rushed to answer the question. Here are some of their explanations:

• The problematic things he says about women, LGBTQ+, BLM, etc. Saying he would rather have women fear him for example. The interviews are up on YouTube and probably TikTok too…ET covered some of it too if you just want articles that sum it up.
• One of the earlier episodes that I saw, he hit one of the other boys and made them bleed, I know Gwen has said that he hit her and that’s why she doesn’t have anything to do with him, and when I’ve seen his videos on the Internet, I think from his Patreon that people have shared. He comes off a lot like Kody.
• …his two openly queer siblings both avoid him like the plague.
