Pawn Stars: Corey Harrison Says He’s Skipping Dad Rick’s Wedding

Pawn Stars fan fave Corey Harrison took to social media this week and revealed that he is out of commission after a serious accident.

Sadly, Corey is going to miss his dad Rick Harrison’s upcoming wedding.  What happened to Rick’s son and why is he in the hospital?  Keep reading to find out!

Pawn Stars Cast Member In Serous Accident

On Monday January 26, Pawn Stars fan fave Corey Harrison posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed on social media. 

Harrison revealed that he was in some sort of bike accident (possibly a motorcycle) and went flying over his handlebars.  The History Channel star is currently recovering from several broken bones.  

Harrison wrote in his Instagram caption from the hospital, “Pretty messed up but I’m good, crash bars are awesome.  3 nights in the hospital, 11 breaks in my rib cage. Will do an episode on @theCoreyHarrisonshow. sorry Pops looks like I’m missing your wedding.”

Pawn Star Update On Rick Harrison’s Wedding

This has been a busy month for the Harrison Family.  On January 3rd Rick Harrison announced that he had married his girlfriend Angie Polushkin in a cliche Las Vegas wedding chapel, Elvis Presley impersonator and all. 

However, the pawn shop owner revealed in an interview that they had a much larger and more elaborate wedding reception planned to take place in Cancun, Mexico soon.  More than likely that is the wedding that Corey is referring to in his Instagram post. 

Cracked ribs certainly isn’t a death sentence, and there’s no reason Corey Harrison can’t watch his father and Angie say “I Do.” But, the problem is that it’s a destination wedding and everyone is going to have to go through customs and airport security.
