First, Brandi has gotten noticeably slimmer. However, some fans suspect that the Real Housewives alum might have turned to one of the increasingly popular weight loss drugs. For instance, RHOBH star Kyle Richards also lost weight, sparking her own rumors of diet medication. And some of Glanville’s fans noted that on her Instagram. Several worried that Brandi went too far. “Girl, eat something,” urged one fan. 

But the majority of shocked comments related to Brandi’s changed face. The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills alum seemingly underwent plastic surgery. As a result, Glanville’s Instagram followers pleaded with her to stop. For example, one wrote, “You are amazing. But stop the work on your face.”

However, Glanville’s notable changes sparked a debate on Real Housewives message boards. For instance, one Reddit commentator asked fans to stop the backlash. And the fan wrote, “I just genuinely don’t understand the obsession with Brandi and her face. She’s had some bad [plastic surgery] work done so what?” 

Rumors about Glanville’s platform on OnlyFans also caused a controversy. Some thought that Glanville’s choice seemed healthier than “putting her on camera and loading her up with alcohol,” as one follower wrote. “It’s not even interesting stuff people are posting about her, just pictures of her face to make fun of her appearance. Not defending Brandi or her awful choice. But can we stop attacking things about her that have nothing to do with her behaving badly?”

And others felt that it seemed better to focus on Glanville’s “sh**ty behavior” rather than her appearance. “Let’s talk about her character, because that SUCKS,” suggested another follower.
