Spoilers for the Real Housewives of Miami (RHOM) reveal Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Dr. Nicole Martin, Alexia Nepola and Larsa Pippen will return for season six. And the ladies will spice up the season with help from returning friends Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton, reported E News.

A first look at RHOM season six reveals fun ranging from sex toy parties to tropical trips. But the Real Housewives Of Miami stars also experience struggles. For instance, Adriana shares that Alexia and husband Todd Nepola experience money trouble. And that means moving quickly. Alexia reveals, “We have to be out of our apartment in 15 days.”

But Lisa copes with her own problems relating to her divorce from estranged hubby Lenny Hochstein. And she tearfully tells the rest of the cast, “The police just came to my house. I don’t know what I did to deserve this.”

Real Housewives Spoilers – Guerdy Battles Cancer

But Guerdy shares the biggest battle of her life with the news that she received a diagnosis of breast cancer. And the RHOM cast reassure her of their support. For example, Adriana promises, “It’s time for us to be there for you.” And Julia shares, “You will have all of us next to you.”

However, Julia’s wife Martina Navratilova copes with both breast and throat cancer. And that creates marriage problems. Martina informs Julia, “Last treatment was three days ago and not a peep out of you. You forgot.”

However, spoilers also reveal feuds, including one between Guerdy and Larsa. And Guerdy shares about Larsa, “I told her, she’s denying I told her. Pathological liar. You lie about everything!” But Lissa and Kiki also battle, telling each other to “shut the f**k up!”

However, fans have questioned whether Larsa Pippen feels that she somehow is above Real Housewives Of Miami. And she sparked a backlash by posting very few Instagram comments on the show. Moreover, fans noted that Larsa doesn’t even mention her link to the show in her social media bio.

As a result, fans have complained about Larsa on message boards. For instance ,one wrote, “I think she thinks the show is beneath her. And the show needs her,” admitted the viewer about RHOM. “But her thirst for fame is hysterical. In her head, she’s a much bigger deal [than] in reality.” Viewers can decide if that’s true when the Real Housewives of Miami returns Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Peacock will make episodes available to stream next day.
