Bravo – Slammed In New Report

A new report contains multiple bombshells about the Real Housewives franchise. And it highlights claims that Real Housewives Of New York City (RHONY) star Ramona Singer behaved in a racist way, according to the Daily Beast.

The exposé includes quotes from RHONY alum Eboni K. Williams and others who worked with Ramona. And Williams had filed a racism complaint about Singer in the wake of the final season of the original RHONY.

But Bravo reportedly conducted an investigation about Ramona making a “racially motivated” comment. However, the network cleared her of that charge prior to the new report.

Ramona Singer – Exhibited Pattern Of Racist Remarks

But the new claims about Ramona allege that she repeatedly made racist remarks. For instance, former RHONY producer Darian Edmondson alleges that Singer used the N-word in a conversation. And Ramona also told Edmondson, a Black woman, that their conversation made her remember when her Jewish colleagues called her a “shiksa” (a Yiddish term for a non-Jewish woman).

But when Edmondson asked for a definition, Ramona said, “It’s literally like somebody calling you a n—–.” And another source alleged that Singer complained about Williams using the phrase “white fragility.” As a result of that phase, Ramona reportedly “slammed her hands on the table and exclaimed, ‘This is why we didn’t need Black people on the show…. This is gonna ruin our show’.”

And Singer also reportedly made a shocking request to a Black woman staffer. “There’s so many of you guys here now. Please don’t change your hair as I’m not gonna be able to remember anybody’s names.” But Williams and others reportedly made complaints about such remarks to HR at Warner Bros. Discovery throughout the season.

Leah McSweeney – Complains About Bravo

However, RHONY alum Leah McSweeney issued her own allegations about Bravo producers. And Leah claimed that the crew seemed to ignore her alcohol addiction and mental health issues. Leah also expressed concern about producers not offering care and concern for RHONY star Sonja Morgan, despite her problems with alcohol.

But despite all those allegations, Ramona will star in the upcoming season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy. That show will debut on Peacock in December. And Ramona also reportedly will attend the Bravo TV fan convention BravoCon this weekend.
