Real Housewives Spoilers – Who’s In RHONJ Season 14?

Bravo producers faced a tough decision in preparing contracts for Real Housewives Of New Jersey (RHONJ) season 14. Because Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga feuded for so many seasons, RHONJ fans have pleaded for a shake-up.

And at the season 13 reunion, even moderator Andy Cohen seemed fed up with Teresa’s and Melissa’s fighting. As a result, rumors soared that RHONJ season 14 would eliminate either Giudice or Gorga.

But the network decided to go with the same cast rather than risk a shake-up. And that means return offers for RHONJ season 14 have gone to every member of the past season. Bravo sent verbal offers to Giudice, Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Rachel Fuda and Danielle Cabral. And Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler will get the opportunity to return to their roles as friends of RHONJ, according to People.

However, the women have not yet received their official contracts. But producers reportedly plan to start filming RHONJ season 14 in August. And amid those plans, the questions remain. Why keep both Teresa and Melissa for yet another season of their family feud? Keep reading to learn the reason.

RHONJ Spoilers – Why Bravo Kept The Same Cast

The reason for holding onto the exact same Real Housewives Of New Jersey? Ratings. Bravo scored with season 13, noting a 10 percent increase in viewers. And in the vital demo of adults 18 to 49, viewership soared up 16 percent. As a result, supposedly unlucky season 13 became RHONJ’s most-viewed season since its seventh season. And part three of the reunion set a new record, attracting 3 million total viewers. 

But though fans complain about seeing the feud play out again between Teresa, 51, and Melissa, 44, viewers can’t seem to stay away. And as Giudice’s daughters Gia Giudice, 22, Gabriella Giudice, 19, Milania Giudice, 17, and Audriana Giudice, 13, grow up, they have brought their own drama to the table. However, season 14 will inevitably return to seeing how Teresa interacts with both Melissa and her brother Joe Gorga.

And with Teresa’s new hubby Luis  Ruelas, 48, clashing with  Joe, 43, season 14 will add a new dimension. But for those complaining that it seems like a repeat, Andy Cohen has talked about the drama. Amid rumors that the show would pause to change up the cast, the reality TV show host/producer insisted that RHONJ just needed “a break between seasons.” But will that break last long enough to cool down the hot tempers of Teresa and Melissa?
