The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City – Whitney Rose Dishes On Jen Shah!

Jen Shah dominated the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) ever since its debut season. But then came Jen’s arrest. And as RHOSLC star Whitney Rose revealed via People, it feels like a lighter season.

Whitney served as a guest-co-host for Two Ts In A Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge recently. And the RHOSLC star discussed Shah’s five-year prison sentence for participating in a telemarketing scam.

“Season 4 kind of goes back to the original OG Salt Lake City roots,” Rose, 36, theorized.

And she feels that the upcoming season will show just as much drama. “But we’re not fighting over you know…,” Tamra Judge added, “someone who’s going to prison.” And then Rose got blunt. “Having Jen gone is like a breath of fresh air,” she added.

But Whitney also admitted that filming became “so much easier” with Jen gone. “I think it just felt weird not having her because she’s been an OG. We built the show with her. But I don’t think we missed her in the sense of toxicity.”

As a result, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast enjoyed bonding together. And Whitney feels they got to know each other on a deeper level. However, Judge pointed out that Shah did provide entertainment for viewers.

“She brought it for sure. And I think a lot of people are nervous about not having Jen,” added Whitney. “But we brought it. It’s still everything.”And Rose also shared about new Real Housewives star Monica Garcia.

Monica had become friends with and assistant to Jen Shah, revealed Whitney. “So I had heard about her because she worked for Jen and her name is brought up a lot on the streets.” And this season, Monica might just reveal more about that association.

Meanwhile, Shah began her 78-month prison sentence at Bryan Federal Prison Camp (FPC) in February. Both she and her assistant Stuart Smith pleaded guilty for the lengthy telemarketing scheme.

And their charges included conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City premieres Tuesday, Sept. 5 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
