Real Housewives of Orange County (RHOC) star Emily Simpson isn’t afraid of drama on Bravo, as Shannon Beador can testify. But in real life, she always shouts out for animals needing homes. This week, she shared that she had adopted a new family member, and she shouted out for her fans to keep on rescuing pets in need.
RHOC Emily Simpson Has A Good Heart With Animals
On the weekend, the Real Housewives of Orange County star took to her Instagram and posted some photos of a very sweet-looking pup. The dog looked well, and of course, the dog mom, who always had a bit of a body image issue looked awesome as well, her Bravo fans agreed.
Emily Simpson and Shane raised a family of human children as well. From the photos shared by the RHOC star, twin boys, Luke and Keller seemed determined to make their new adopted “sibling” feel at home. No doubt, their daughter, Annabelle, and stepdaughters, Shelby, and Chanel will also open their hearts to the new pup.
A Playmate For Togo?
Togo is a cute pup as well, and Real Housewives of Orange County fans met the pet on the Bravo show. Togo had replaced her beloved dog named Fisker who passed away. When Togo was introduced on the Bravo show, the black pup didn’t seem friendly toward other animals, but maybe that changed. She hasn’t shared about Togo for months now.
Real Housewives of Orange County fans saw that the new pup is named Cindi. She’s a beautiful mix of silver and gray hair, but the breed’s uncertain. Nevertheless, in the discussion, it seemed possible that Emily Simpson’s new pup had some “Louisiana Catahoula Leopard dog” blood in her.
Bravo Star Reminds RHOC Fans To Adopt
In her long caption on Instagram, the wife of Shane wrote:
Meet Cindi ❤️ (Keller named her ❤️)
.We just adopted her from the Kern county animal shelter. She’s only about a year old but she was abandoned at the shelter by her previous family.
I have no idea of her breed…The Ca shelters are at capacity and they are euthanizing puppies and young healthy dogs at alarming rates. If you are capable of adopting and/or fostering please reach out to @adopt.a.furever.friend to find your furever friend ❤️❤️
Bravo Fans React
As long as cast members on reality TV love animals, they will always be considered redeemable, no matter what. So, the reaction from fans was very good.
- Thank you for bringing attention to the overcrowded shelters. ❤️. Lots of shelters have lowered their adoption fees due to this. Please everyone, adopt don’t shop!!
- Thank you for posting about adoption
- Thank you for rescuing her. She is beautiful and will bring so much joy to the household. She is a lucky girl! Congratulations to all of you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
- Emily this is just one of the reasons you are such an incredibly kind person – I hope all can see your heart. Love that you use your voice to help save the most vulnerable animals and you walk the walk. Queen! What a lucky dog…
