The Orange County, California, district attorney has charged Real Housewives Of Orange County (RHOC) star Shannon Beador with two misdemeanors. And the charges follow after her arrest on September 17, reported People.

But the Newport Beach Police Department offered confirmation about the RHOC star’s scandal. And the police revealed that Shannon faced one count of drinking under the influence (DUI) and one of hit and run.

However, what got Real Housewives message boards to light up stems from her blood alcohol level results. And those reveal that the 59-year-old RHOC star’s blood alcohol level allegedly soared to three times the legal limit.

The Newport Beach Police Department’s confirmation stated that police “arrested [Shannon Beador] at 1:17 a.m. on Sept. 17 after fleeing the scene from a collision that caused property damage.” However, after booking the RHOC star for both a hit-and-run and DUI alcohol, the police released her on a citation.

And another report reveals that police discovered Shannon walking her dog Archie after leaving her car parked in the middle of the road. That sparked speculation that Beador had attempted to use her dog as a prop to get away with hitting a house.

However, Beador’s lawyer, Michael L. Fell, described Shannon as “extremely apologetic and remorseful.” And he noted that Shannon feels “prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”

But prior to the arrest, Shannon shared that she felt stunned when her boyfriend John Janssen split after more than three years together. And on RHOC, she confessed, “I’ve never loved anyone more in my life. I was hopeful this was the man I was going to spend the rest of my life with. I wanted it to work out. I’ve never loved anyone like I’ve loved John. But clearly, he didn’t feel the same way.”

However, Beador allegedly got into a “screaming” argument with John’s daughter previously this year. And the clash at a bar allegedly resulted in her getting booted from the bar. But Shannon denied that scenario.

And in her version, she explained, “The lights were up [and] they were saying, ‘Everybody wrap it up.’ I wasn’t kicked out, but I asked security to help me with my Uber. That was it. … I absolutely was not kicked out.”
