Savannah Chrisley visited the White House in February, and told her social media followers that she was there at the CPAC as “a Senior Fellow for the Nolan Center for Criminal Justice.” This week, the Chrisley Knows Best alum took to social media again and gave a shout-out to “Blue Lives Matter,” and related a story that she felt was an injustice.

What Was The Injustice?

The photo that Savannah shared on Instagram on March 20, showed her speaking on a phone. According to her caption, she’d been chatting with the family of a police officer. Well, to correct that, he’s now a “former” officer as he was sent to prison. As far as the USA Network alum is concerned, his sentence was an injustice.

Chrisley related, how “…a man who dedicated his life to protecting and serving [was] now sentenced to 10 years in prison over a single punch.” The story she told explained that someone attacked the officer “multiple times before the officer struck back in defense.” And, she lamented that his conviction came from ” a single punch…in self-defense.”

Blue Lives Matter

Later in her caption, Savannah Chrisley added, “Blue lives matter. Always have, always will,” after asking: “One punch. 10 years. Where’s the justice in that?” She also described the office as a “family” man and said that they feel devastated by the outcome.

Of course, some folks wanted to know what it had to do with her. But, she worked ceaselessly for justice for her mom and dad, and others behind bars. It’s not clear how she can help the family, but she made some big connections in the Trump Administration. Remember, the Chrisley Knows Best alum addressed the RNC ahead of the 2024 elections.

Do People Support The Call For BLM?

Obviously, not all of Savannah Chrisley’s followers are supporters. But, many of them are supportive of her efforts to free her parents, Todd and Julie. They currently serve a combined 19-year sentence for tax and fraud-related offenses. But, she believes it was a setup and that witness, Mark Braddock should have been the one on trial.

In the comments section, one reality TV fan said, “Keep fighting for what you believe in! By the way, you look beautiful in this picture. Sending love and prayers to you and your family.”

Another one wrote, “Thank you for being a voice for our law enforcement! Enough is enough!” More followed: “When a society cares more about the criminal than the ones risking their lives for society’s safety, it becomes a dangerous world.”

However, many people slammed her for it, suggesting that she twisted the story and the officer deserved to be jailed.
