Savannah Chrisley Plans To Return With New Reality TV Show, What We Know!

Savannah Chrisley is shopping for takers for a new reality TV show that she’s convinced her fans want to see. At first, there were plans to develop a reality TV show starring her, her siblings Chase and Grayson, her niece Chloe, and the beloved nanny Faye, but it sadly fell apart.

Nevertheless, here’s what the ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ star has to say about the family’s future in reality television.

Savannah Chrisley Reveals Reason She Didn’t Move Forward With New Reality TV Show

Todd and Julie Chrisley’s arrests brought the family’s profitable reality TV show to a screeching halt. In their absence, Savannah is trying her best to make sure that her family returns to doing what they do best.

However, this doesn’t mean that they’re sacrificing anything to get there.

“We were working with a production company, and things were going great. And then, there were some things that were done that I did not like,” she recently told PEOPLE during a recent interview, adding that she pulled the plug once she started getting uncomfortable with certain elements of the project. “I backed out. I stepped away, and I said, ‘I’m done. I am not working. I’m not getting myself in a situation I don’t feel comfortable and safe…’”

Since her parents’ incarceration, Savannah has tried her best to be a good parent to her brother Grayson and young niece Chloe, so it’s nice to hear her say that she doesn’t plan on sacrificing anybody’s safety for cash and fame.

The prior production deal falling through did inspire the reality TV star and podcast host to rethink her approach. Now instead of shopping around for a production deal for a plain old family reality show, she’s adding the intriguing element of exploring what life is like behind bars for her parents and many others.

Savannah Chrisley On Landing A Production Deal For A New Reality Series

At present, Savannah has landed a production deal for a reality TV show, though we’re not exactly sure what it’s going to be about.

“A network already said they wanted it. Now, it’s just a matter of working out the details,” she teased.

“I mean, if it’s going to be on air in August… it’s got to start happening quick. So, that’s really honestly all that I know right now,” she said, adding, “I have been so focused on all of my other businesses, and mom and dad, that I let agents deal with the TV side of things.”
