Savannah Chrisley recently complained that Southwest Airlines threw her off a flight. And the Chrisley Knows Best star alleged that the employees didn’t treat her fairly. However, now Southwest has fought back.
Find out how the airline reacted to Savannah’s allegations. And learn how the Chrisley Knows Best star allegedly mistreated employees. Get all the details below.
Savannah Chrisley – ‘Insulted’ Airline Employees
Someone isn’t telling the truth in the battle between Chrisley Knows Best star Savannah Chrisley and Southwest Airlines. The war began when Savannah claimed that employees kicked her off her flight unfairly. But now Southwest Airlines alleges that the Chrisley Knows Best star misbehaved to a degree that they refused to allow her to board, reported Page Six.
Because Savannah “repeatedly insulted several employees,” the airline “denied boarding on her original flight,” said a rep. However, the spokesperson also shared that they did book her on a “later flight the same day.” And the airlines rep offered details that the Chrisley Knows Best star didn’t share in her social media account.
For instance, Southwest Airlines claimed that Savannah “arrived at the gate late in the boarding process.” As a result, the Chrisley Knows Best star received a request to “gate-check her bag due [to] the overhead bins being full and to avoid delaying the more than 100 passengers already onboard the aircraft.” However, the airline noted plans to investigate Savannah’s complaints on social media.

Chrisley Knows – Best Star Tells Her Side Of Airlines Story
But Savannah told a very different version of the story. And the Chrisley Knows Best star, 25, told her social media followers that an airline employee blocked her from her plane trip to Tennessee. She even filmed the alleged culprit in a video that she posted on social media.
“This man right here … um, awful,” claimed Savannah. “I went to board my flight to get on,” she recalled. “And he told me that I had to check my bag. I was like, ‘Okay, if you wouldn’t mind, I’m gonna take my bag on the flight, see if I can’t make it fit. And if not, I’ll check it.’”
But the Chrisley Knows Best star then accused the employee of calling her an “unruly passenger.” However, Savannah tried to explain that she needed to get home for her 10-year-old niece, Chloe. Savannah’s parents currently reside behind bars as part of their combined 19-year prison sentence for fraud and tax evasion. As a result, Savannah received full custody of Chloe.
But the Chrisley Knows Best star shared that the airline employee ignored Savannah’s needs. “And well, the Southwest attendant said, ‘I don’t care,’” added the reality TV star. As a result, Savannah had to wait to board another flight. And she posted a pic in which she looked stressed on a plane in the early hours of the morning.
