Savannah Chrisley Teases New Reality Show

‘Chrisley Knows Best’ was comfort television for many a families and friends before it came to an incredible stop following the sentencing and imprisonment of the Chrisley family patriarch and matriarch.

By then, it’d been 10 fantastic seasons. What’s next for the family, especially for the daughter that continues to persist in the limelight? You can bet a podcast’s not all Savannah Chrisley, 26, has got in store for fans.

Savannah Chrisley Says She’s “Waiting” For A Network To Approve A New Family Reality TV Show She’s Working On

Savannah knows her opportunities when she spots them, and apart from leveraging her parents’ time behind bars to earn a new reality TV show, she’ll also be exposing the gaps in the justice system that she’s seemingly discovered poking into her parents’ cases.

In an interview with PEOPLE, the ‘Unlocked’ podcast host candidly talked about her plans to lead a new reality TV show that will explore her parents’ sentencing, among other things.

“I mean, there’s so many different things I’m working on,” Savannah, 26, said. “Right now, a documentary — not only about my parents’ case but the reform initiatives that I’m involved in and working with a lot of lobbyists and lawyers to testify in front of Congress on things that I have uncovered within our system.”

Rumors have swirled in the past claiming that the Chrisley family was involved in a documentary surrounding Todd Chrisley’s case, but Savannah and other family members denounced the claims since they were not involved.

Next month, Todd and Julie Chrisley, who are both serving time for fraud and tax evasion, will have their case brought before a judge during oral arguments next month. It’s possible that the hearing might have some impact on the length of their sentencing.

Savannah Chrisley Opens Up About Delays On New Reality TV Show the Chrisley Family is Pitching

In 2023, shortly after Todd and Julie reported to prison, PEOPLE broke the news that Savannah, Chase Chrisley, Grayson Chrisley, Chloe Chrisley and Nanny Faye Chrisley had begun filming a new show following the end of ‘Chrisley Knows Best.’

However, it’s yet to materialize, even though Savannah keeps holding out hope that a network will eventually bite.

“I know a few different networks are kind of in negotiations to see where that goes,” she said. “But right now, I’m so focused on my real estate business here in Nashville that has just grown exponentially. Focusing on that, the kids and then, obviously, just my parents’ appeal and getting them home.”

“Right now, the world of TV is kind of insane. Everyone, it seems like they’re restructuring,” she continued. “So, we’re just kind of waiting to see where it lands. I know there’s a few people in talks, obviously, with our agents at William Morris. So, we are just waiting.”
