Sister Wives Season 20 just started airing on TLC and the Brown Family is already bringing the drama. Last week’s episode was filmed when Mykelti Brown and her husband and kids packed up and moved from Utah to North Carolina.
If you follow them on social media then you know they moved a long time ago, but the episodes are now just airing.
Christine Brown was supportive, but also sad her daughter and the grandkids were moving across the country. When Sister Wives airs on television, the cast members also film commentary in the diary room sessions. Christine explained to the cameras that she believes Kody Brown and his last and only wife Robyn are part of the reason Mykelti left.
Christine Brown Reveals The Truth
After the epic triple divorce in 2021, the Brown Family was a mess and Kody was estranged from all of his kids.
However, Mykelti Brown was one of the only ones who still reached out and tried to have a relationship with her dad and Robyn.
Robyn was even on hand to help Mykelti with her kids after the divorces. However, they eventually quit speaking regularly.
When asked about Mykelti’s big move, Christine explained on Sister Wives “I know part of the reason they’re leaving is, [Mykelti] is just exhausted from trying so hard to get everybody back together again.
Mykelti tried so hard to get the whole family back together again. She really wanted to.” Christine went on to add that her daughter had a lot of “pent up anger and resentment.”
Kody Brown Speaks Out
If you watched last week’s episode of Sister Wives then you know that Kody Brown didn’t even see his daughter before she left for North Carolina. But, the Brown Family Patriarch explained that away to the cameras and commented on Mykelti’s schedule not being concrete.
Do you blame Mykelti Brown for having issues with Kody and Robyn? Do you think they really are part of the reason she packed up her kids and left Utah?
