Sister Wives: Kody And Robyn’s Divorce Deal Revealed

Sister Wives Season 18 is winding down, but there was a whole lot of drama still to unpack.  Kody and Robyn Brown recently shocked fans by revealing they had a divorce pact.  You have to see the irony in that.

Apparently, Robyn and Kody Brown promised each other that if they ever fell out of love with each other they would get a divorce rather than stay in a miserable and loveless marriage.  Keep reading for all the details and upcoming Sister Wives spoilers.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Kody Brown Reveals Special Pact

On Sunday’s Sister Wives: One on One episode that aired recently, Kody told the host about the special pact he and Robyn had made when they got married.

Kody explained, “Robyn and I made an agreement that if we weren’t in love, that we wouldn’t drag each other out.  That we would free each other.”

That sounds like something Robyn Brown would come up with, so there’s really no reason to doubt the validity of the “pact.”  In fact, it sounds an awful lot like the same thing Robyn was recently saying to Christine Brown.  Kody’s last remaining wife told the cameras she thought Christine should have “released her.”  Apparently, Robyn wants everyone to “set her free.”

But, here’s the part that really set Sister Wives fans off on social media after the clips aired.  Why does Robyn Brown get to be “set free” from Kody?  But, she is upset that Christine, Meri, and Janelle all left their miserable and loveless marriages. 

Robyn has made it pretty clear that she blames the other wives for losing her plural family.  But, why would Robyn want anyone to stay married to a man who didn’t love them anymore, when she herself made a pact to avoid that?
