Sister Wives Spoilers: Who Owns The Land At Coyote Pass Now?

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that the land at Coyote Pass has been shifted into a new name. Janelle and Meri Brown have been fighting Kody Brown to buy their shares of the land so that they can move on with their lives. Kody claimed that he was broke and couldn’t afford to buy their shares of the land. Now it looks as if the name on the land has changed names. Let’s find out whose name it is in and if Kody was able to buy them out.

Coyote Pass Plans

The land at Coyote Pass has been a point of contention between the Brown family. Janelle and Meri wanted out of the land in order to move on with their lives. Kody bought the land for the entire family when they moved to Flagstaff, Arizona.

His plan was to build a giant house for all of his wives to live in and Robyn Brown was the only wife that was on board for that.

The Brown wives always wanted to have a fair share of the land and have a home that suited their lives. This never happened and seems to be a huge reason that Janelle, Meri, and Christine Brown left their plural marriages.

Dividing the Land

When the land was purchased, every wife had their share. However, Kody and Robyn Brown had much larger shares than the other wives. When Christine left Kody and married David Woolley, she sold her land for $10.

The land was paid off and Meri and Janelle wanted to sell their chunk off so they could move on. Apparently, in January Janelle, Meri, and Kody signed off on the land. Robyn signed off in March of this year.

Right now, there are four lots are they are owned by Meri, Janelle, Robyn, and Kody. It is unsure if they will sell this land or if Kody and Robyn want to build on it together and start their new life together there.
