Sister Wives Spoilers: Was Meri Brown Abusive?

Sister Wives Spoilers suggest that Meri Brown has been labeled an abrasive parent after Paedon Brown reflected on his childhood recently. Through their polygamist marriage, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, Christine Brown, and Robyn Brown all considered themselves mothers to Kody Brown’s 18 children.

Sister Wives Spoilers –  Meri Brown Was “Mean” To The Children

According to Paedon, he didn’t say that Meri was abusive but that Meri was “mean” to them as children. “Abrasive and kind of mean are not strong enough words, they are not aggressive enough words. Meri was not nice … Abrasive is not enough of a word to explain what Meri was to a few of us children specifically.”

Paedon was asked if the behavior went past verbal and Paedon commented, “It moves so far past verbal. Verbal basically stopped existing.” However, Paedon would not go into further details out of respect for his mother, Christine. Representatives for Meri did not respond right away to In Touch for comment.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Was Maddie Brown Discussing Meri Brown

Maddie Brown and Paedon both seemed to have commented on Meri Brown. However, Maddie was not so subtle. Maddie seems to have slammed Meri on social media as “abusive” and a “monster” in since-deleted Twitter posts. “There is nothing like dealing with an abusive human your whole life and finally having the freedom to not have anything to do with her,” Maddie posted in 2019.

Paedon says that Robyn mentioned Meri’s “alleged “abusive” and unfair treatment of the kids to the family patriarch.” Paedon praised Robyn for opening several eyes in the family to Meri’s treatment. Paedon says he will be forever grateful to her for this action. The other wives were not happy with Meri’s actions at Big Bear Lake in 2011.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Meri Brown Has One Child With Kody Brown

Meri and Kody have one child from their 30+ year marriage. Their child, now known as Leon Brown revealed they were transgendered in June 2022. Five years before, Leon had come out as homosexual. Leon shared at the time, “Being queer & trans are definitely some of my favorite parts of myself. Yet, there are so many things that I am learning to love about myself through this process. “Here’s to me getting to know myself, share myself, and continually evolve to be the person I am, to be my favorite self in all contexts.”

Kody has a total of 18 children. Until recently he had four wives as well. Christine Brown left over a year ago. Janelle Brown and Kody Brown announced their separation on the three-part tell-all at the end of Season 17. Meri Brown and Kody Brown have just recently announced that they have ended their marriage as well.
