Host Chris Harrison revealed that the new series is inspired by A Star is Born. He wouldn’t reveal any details about the show, other than it’s like Bachelor in Paradise, but with singing. There’s one thing that Chris didn’t tell Bachelor Nation is that Michael Todd is the creepiest contestant yet.
Over the next six weeks, fans will get to see the singles pair up and perform as couples. At the end, there will be only one couple standing. While fans have already been rooting for their favorites, there is one contestant they wish would have left during the first rose ceremony and that’s Michael.
From the moment he entered the Bachelor mansion, he creeped everyone out with his bizarre behavior. He wore a garish leather blazer that was offensive to the eyes. He looked at one of the female contestants and made her cringe by singing the song “Hot Touch” and saying “I like your lips.” He also forced himself on two women, who managed to get themselves out of the situation.
He first impressed tried to impress Savannah with his beatboxing skills and then attempted a kiss, which didn’t go so well as she rejected him.

“It’s night one, and I’ve already had to dodge a kiss,” Savannah said during her confessional. “It’s not even night one, like, we’re in hour one.”
Michael didn’t have much luck with Bri either. When he asked her to join him in the hot tub, she said, “I kind of have to use the restroom, so I’m gonna find that.”
Fans compared him to Cam Ayala who appeared on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. Others felt that he had the same energy as Grocery Joe Amabile but worse.
Michael didn’t receive a rose at the end of the night and had to return home. Fans were happy to see him go.
The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. on ABC.
