The Bachelor Spoilers: Alum Urges Self-Quarantine
Underwood, who appeared on season 23 posted a brief video to share an important message about coronavirus. At only 28 years old, he considers himself a healthy guy who works out and eats healthy. However, that didn’t protect him from getting the illness.
The reality star also urged that if anyone is hesitant to self-quarantine, the act can end up protecting others.
“For anyone out there that is hesitant to self-quarantine… please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay home. We will all beat this and come out stronger on the other side. I’ll keep you posted, Love y’all.”

Colton Underwood Explains His Symptoms
As for the symptoms he is experiencing, The Bachelor alum said that the virus has him beyond exhausted. He can’t even walk up a staircase without gasping for air. Simple tasks that people take for granted, like getting out of bed are almost too much. When he walks into the bathroom, he has to sit down because the short steps getting there left him completely depleted.
He also suffers from headaches, body aches, night sweats, coughing, shortness of breath and fever.
The global pandemic is putting even young, healthy, strong people in the ICU on ventilators. Although the infection is spreading at a rapid rate, there are many cases that aren’t reported to the CDC, so the numbers are likely much higher. Some people are asymptomatic, which means they show no symptoms of the illness even though they are infected. Those individuals can still transmit it to others, which is why getting tested is important.
We send our best wishes to Underwood and hope he recovers quickly!
