There is always speculation and plenty of rumor about The Bachelorette. It comes with the territory if you will. At this point in time, the internet is awash is speculation that the network that airs the show, ABC, is planning to cancel Clare Crawley’s upcoming season.

So with all of the hassles currently taking place in the world right now, it may surprise but delight you to know that ABC reportedly plans to go ahead with Clare’s season. This despite the production delays and casting snafus.

It should be noted that Chris Harrison has addressed the speculation that the season would be dropped via comments on Instagram. About the rumors, Chris says, “absolutely not! Clare’s love story is next.”

It seems Clare’s season will go on as planned
At the same time, ABC network exec Rob Mills spoke to Variety and had this to say, “I think where this is really great for Clare is that every guy who will be on her season will know there is no chance of becoming The Bachelor, so they should really all be there only for Clare.”
When will production begin for the next season of The Bachelorette?
According to sources, fans can expect production on The Bachelorette to begin sometime this summer, with The Bachelor filming shortly after. However, no firm dates have been released yet.
