The Chrisey Family Appear On Celebrity Poker Tour

The Chrisley family saw Julie and Todd go to prison. Soon, they will appear on the Celebrity Poker Tour, so it seems like a bit of prison time elevated their status from D-list reality stars to celebrity status in an unexpected twist.

The Poker Tour Appearance

Nanny Faye, Todd Chrisley’s mom, loves gambling, and her antics on Chrisley Knows Best brought many a belly laugh to their fans. Now, she has a real chance to show her talents alongside Todd, Julie, and Savannah Chrisley at the tables. Grayson might be there as well, but time  will tell. 

The news arrived via @celebritypokertour on Instagram on Monday night. In the caption, the admins explained a bit more, saying:

What Is The Poker Tour?

Per Yahoo Finance, The Celebrity Poker Tour (CPT) hosts high-profile poker games with stars, influencers, and athletes. Founded by Enclave & Key, it kicked off in August 2023 and now features a another season. Known for blending fun and fierce play, CPT events take place in Las Vegas and streams live on PokerGO and YouTube.

On the old USA Network show Chrisley Knows Best, Todd Chrisley often complained about Nanny Faye and her gambling adventures. However, much of the show was scripted. In real life, it is possible he actually enjoys a flutter at the tables. Chase Chrisley also loves gambling but didn’t feature on the poster. So, perhaps he’s laying low after recent allegations of assault.

Fans React – Nanny Faye Will Smoke It

Despite many people loving the arrest and conviction of the patriarch of the Chrisley family, even more stayed loyal to them. Savannah Chrisley fought hard for their release after they were imprisoned for alleged fraud and tax-related offenses. When Donald Trump pardoned them, their popularity quickly soared again.

Fans of the family were quick to react with excitement. One wrote, “Nanny Faye is going to smoke them.”

It’s the first time that the Chrisley family will be on a streaming show, but if you’re a fan, you’ll be happy to know that it won’t be the last time. Chase and Savannah confirmed they landed a platform for a docuseries about the impact of the prison sentence on the family.

At the time, it was thought that Todd and Julie wouldn’t be on it. But with their unexpected release, it seems they will appear after all.
