The Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner Suffers Devastating Loss

If you’ve been following the show Golden Bachelor then you’ll recognize Gerry Turner, for better or for worse as of late he seems to have become a bit of a villain in the eyes of show fans with them claiming his partner, Thesa Aniston, to be a victim in the situation that went down between them.

However, even villains can have a sympathetic storyline every now and again, and it seems that that is where life has taken Gerry Turner. Friday, over on Instagram, he shared that his dog of 11 years, Cody, had unfortunately passed away.

“Here’s to the dog that ushered me thru the toughest times a man could endure. R.I.P. Cody. April 27th 2013 – August 15th 2024.” his message was accompanied by pictures of him and Cody together in better times, prompting fans across social media to start reaching out to Gerry in his time of need. “Sorry for your loss. It’s like a family member.” Wrote one fan. “I’m soo sorry!!! Rest in Peace, sweet Cody.”, wrote another. Finally a third said, “So sorry. Those are the saddest days. They love unconditionally and without reserve.” Indeed they do and it is the purest form of love on the earth. Even fellow Golden Bachelor star, Kathy Swarts reached out to Gerry, saying, “Gerry, I am so sorry to hear about Cody!!””

The Golden Bachelor Spoilers – The Calm Before The Storm.

A few days prior, things had been going,what seemed to be, pretty well in Gerry’s life, at least according to the highlight reel that is social media.

He posted a few pictures of his recent 73rd birthday celebration, one picture was of he and his daughter together for his birthday celebration at a golf course, along with several friends. Were these photos his attempt at reinventing himself like former partner Theresa Nist did after their split?

That’s the running theory, though fans wonder if it can be done considering a lot of watchers of the show consider Theresa to be the true victim in the situation. So much so that people have really started in on him in his comment section, calling him a narcissist and telling him that he needs to get back to Theresa. Yike!

Can’t keep a good guy down? Well, that the theory at least.

Looks like that hasn’t messed up his groove any though, he has been traveling around the U.S., making stops in New Mexico, the Grand Canyon, Oklahoma and Indiana. Where is he headed next? That’s anyone’s guess, but we’ll be watching his socials to find out. Stay tuned!!!
