Vanderpump Rules Axed Because Ariana Madix & Others Want Too Much Pay?

Ariana Madix always wanted to be on TV or in movies, and Broadway, but she scored big on Vanderpump Rules after she started working for Lisa Vanderpump. Career-wise, perhaps Tom Sandoval cheating on her was the biggest boost that she needed. But she demands a high salary and that might mean the rest of the cast lose their jobs if Bravo axes the show. 

Ariana Madix Is Onward & Upward

For years, Vanderpump Rules showed the various staff and bartenders flirting, falling in and out of love, and cheating on their friends. That seemed to be the main theme of the Bravo show. But when Tom Sandoval cheated on Ariana, who allegedly cheated with Lala Kent in the back seat of a car, the end of the world just about arrived. 

Ariana Madix Is onward and upwards since the “Scandoval” media frenzy. She debuted on Broadway, hosted Love Island, appeared on Dancing With the Stars, and more. And, although she only filmed a few scenes for Vanderpump Rules last season, she allegedly earns a whopping salary for her appearances. Notably, that doesn’t sit well with other Bravo cast members.

Vanderpump Rules Axed?

Rumors began that Bravo might axe Vanderpump Rules, and Nick Viall discussed Ariana on The Viall Files podcast. As shared by @breakingtherulespodclips on Instagram, it emerged that Bravo expects that Ariana will move on from the show. And, that might impact the future of the show. 

Ariana Madix is the most expensive member of the cast. Naturally, with her whopping income, other Bravo cast members want their piece of the pie. Ultimately, they might just talk their way out of a job. 

Bravo Fans Discuss On Instagram

In the comments section of the post, many Vanderpump Rules fans felt that the show had run its course anyway. Here are some reactions:

• I mean what do we need to see from any of them that we haven’t already seen? Just a bunch of 40 somethings not even working at her restaurant any more…
• I think long time viewers are checked out now. Scheana, Lala and Sandoval all s–k. None of them are interesting anymore and have just proven how desperate they are to be on tv.
• Just cancel the whole show and or make a new cast that actually work at the restaurant.
• Ariana did not bring anything interesting to VPR ever IMO. She is much more suited for scripted projects. I really hope she doesn’t return.
