My Big Fat Fabulous Life (MBFFL) star Whitney Way Thore isn’t looking for love anymore after years of fans watching her search.
Officially, she is finally off the dating scene because she announced she’s engaged to Jake Beaudoin, and a new update arrived on Wednesday.
A Fast Romance
The couple didn’t hang about, and Whitney only publicly introduced Jake over the weekend. She hard-launched her partner on Instagram with photos from North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Parkway.
Just three days after introducing Jake, Whitney Way Thore announced their engagement on Instagram, writing, “Mountain trip got a little rocky.”

The Surprise Proposal
Whitney spoke to People magazine about the proposal. She said, “Jake has officially graduated from boyfriend to fiancé.” She added that they’re “getting married” and “couldn’t be happier.”
The TLC star admitted she was “completely surprised” by his move. She told the outlet, “It was truly perfect,” adding, “there’s a special story behind” the ring.
No wedding date exists yet. This isn’t her first time planning a wedding. According to E! Online, Whitney met Chase Severino in 2019. They got engaged in Paris that October. Their relationship ended in May 2020 after Whitney learned he was expecting a baby with another woman.
